Bits of life lately.

Sweet, sweet Friday is finally here. This was the first 5 day work week I've had in a while, and it has done. me. in. Let's just say thank goodness the weekend is almost here or I'd probably be napping on my desk the rest of the afternoon. Since my life has been a little random lately, I figured I'd give you a little look into what's been stuck on my camera from the past few weeks. I'm not used to so much free time!!

My new favorite mug from Erin & Jared at Christmas. I'm obsessed. Is that not the cutest thing ever??

Randomly curling my hair after dinner cause I felt like it. Makes me jealous of you girls who have naturally curly hair! Feeling ridiculous calls for duck lips + peace signs.

Getting my Polaroid film in, finally!!! Can't even wait to begin snapping fun memories with my new (yellow) baby!

Finally cooked a real meal Monday night, I can't tell you how long its been. I know, that's embarrassing...but I'm excited. I made delicious oven baked chicken with sautéed string beans + mushrooms, our fave! Really wasn't hard at all, but hey, it is what it is.

-Hanging with Lyndsie before our hair/make up on NYE for Angie's wedding!! It was so much fun spending so much time with her over the holiday, since she lives so far away now!

-This adorable couple we shot during our last wedding of the year!

-We still have yet to take down our Christmas stuff. It's not that we don't want too, we just have been enjoying all this free time SO much that we don't want to do anything but flop on the couch once we're home, so we've agreed that it all comes down this weekend.

-Finally got my new planner. SIX DAYS after the new year began, but haaay, better late than never! I bought bright yellow (as if theres any other color) neon stickers to indicate when we have our weddings to make it quick to find when planning stuff.

-We've been watching an unhealthy amount of HGTV lately...and Caleb recently informed me it stands for "Home + Garden TV", I had no idea. Ha! He's a smarty pants ;)

    The day that a lot of the HGTV shows were put on Netflix...BEST DAY EVER.

    LOVE that mug, it's perfect for you! That meal sounds delicious! We've been eating a lot of grilled chicken here lately...wedding diet LOL. Matthew and I love watching HGTV, and he too had to tell me what it stood for haha. Hope you have a great weekend!! :)

    I love love love HGTV and now I want to turn on Netflix and watch it. Right now! I also love that you still have your Christmas stuff up! That stuff really does make one's home feel the happiest.I still think our apartment looks do empty and depressing without our tree. Wanh wanh.

    omg, i want a polaroid camera so bad! Aaron thinks its a waste of money, but there is a good chance I'm gonna get one anyway :)

    Seriously laughing about you not knowing what HGTV stood for! When I was in the hospital having B and then the first like 2 weeks afterwards, that's ALL I watched.

    I actually love every bit of this. That is a perfect mug for you and that couple you shot in your last wedding of the year is precious! I also really want a Polaroid camera and that planner color is so cute.

    If for some strange reason I have the TV to myself, I always always watch HGTV. Watch Fixer Upper. Amazing show and you'll be hooked.
