I cannot thank you all ENOUGH for your support and comments from Friday's post. Seriously, you all are the SWEETEST. Caleb and I are thrilled about this new journey we're heading on and can't wait to keep you all posted on it!
So how was my weekend?
After work, Caleb and I headed to meet our photographers at a wedding to shadow, and we had a blast. They are such a fun couple, and we're having a lot of fun getting to know them. Aside from the 13 bug bites I received (all from the knees down!), it was a blast.

That was our day full of nothing. We haven't had a day like that in I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW LONG. Seriously, we slept in... cleaned the apartment a bit, geared up, headed out for the gym (I'm so soreee!), hit up Sam's Club..and parked it on the couch to watch Walking Dead season 3 and a Redbox.
It. Was. Perfection.
Caleb also surprised me with my first protein shaker, and also got me some "Light Protein" drink powder, to help me after workouts. I'm so excited. I used to be so turned off to that kind of stuff, but now I understand it. I'm getting healthier and it feel so good!
Taught children's ministry at church.
Watched the Bengals spank the Pat's ;) okay, maybe not spank....buuut...I'm super excited about us being the team to break Brady's 52 game TD passing record. Only two shy of the NFL record... poor guy ;)

& theennn.. something awesome happened.
I realized I had only gotten 3 runs in for the week...it was nearly 8pm when we got home. The old me would've said, ohhh well. BUT this is new Kayla, and she decided to lace up, and hit the road. I can't tell you what came over me...but something is different this time around. I am loving the gym, loving the runs, loving my new playlists.... It is finally clicking.
