I started the Couch 2 5k app about 6 weeks ago, and I'm still only on week 4 (have still been working out in between my running "rests"). I think I pushed it too hard in the beginning...my shins/calves were in a lot of pain! Anyway. After a much needed rest, I'm back! If you need an early morning gym buddy let me know!
